In 2023, longtime LRG leaders John Swinford and Kenny Hilton purchased the company after decades on the team. The relationships, lines and commitment only keep growing stronger.
John Swinford · Owner and CEO
John joined LRG in 2014 and brings experience in sales, retail and distributor management. He leads with a practical understanding of the channel and the people behind it.
Kenny Hilton · Owner and CFO
Kenny joined LRG in 2008 after more than two decades on the security-dealer side. He understands the customer relationship, the service problems and what it takes to keep a business moving.
