Minuteman's products range from the highly acclaimed Endeavor® On-Line UPS series designed for equipment protection requirements of up to 24kVA in parallel configuration) and below and our EnterprisePlus® Series with extended runtime designed for equipment protection requirements of 3.2kVA and below in a desktop or a rackmount configuration.
The Minuteman® Endeavor™ Series on-line uninterruptible power supply combines double-conversion technology with industry-leading features in a versatile case design that allows the units to be installed in many different formats and environments. Stand-alone units are available in 1000, 1500, 2000, and 3000VA configurations and can be configured for rack, wall or tower configurations. Parallel configurations can be created for up to 24kVA.
The Endeavor features hot-swappable batteries through the front panel of the UPS. Extended runtimes are available for virtually unlimited times through the installation of external battery packs.
Line Interactive UPS Systems
The recently-released Entrust Line Interactive UPS units provides a simulated sine wave that protects servers, network devices, security and telephone systems. Entrust UPS units are available for 500, 700, 1000 and 1500VA loads. A 15-foot power cord is available as an option for the 700 and 1500VA models.
Standby UPS Systems
Minuteman® EnSpire™ Standby UPS Series provides protection for telecommunications and data processing applications. The EnSpire® Standby UPS is available in both 400 and 600VA models. The units each have 3 battery plus surge outlets and 3 surge only outlets. In addition it has RJ-11 connects for fax and phone modem protection as well as an RJ-45/USB communications port.
Power Distribution Units (PDU)
A number of Minuteman power distribution units are available with up to 24-outlet units, along with 15 and 20Amp receptacles. Both vertical and/or horizontal mounting units are available. All units have 15-foot power cords. Some units offer surge protection, amp metered and IP addressing,
Rotating receptacles surge suppressors- accommodate multiple transformer blocks are available in 6, 8 10, and 12-outlet configurations.
"Child safety" surge suppressors - avoid shock from accidental contact with electrical power. There are two 7-outlets models. One model has phone line protection
Other models include both a single and three-outlet suppressor and a 6-outlet surge suppressor in a twin pack.
Keyboard-Video-Mouse (KVM) Products
Para Systems, Inc. has introduced a line of keyboard-video-mouse (KVM) products to compliment its power protection KVM switches are used to connect a keyboard, mouse and monitor to two or more computers. KVM switches can save space on a desktop when one user uses multiple computers. They are also widely deployed to control groups of servers in a datacenter. Some KVM switches support terminals at both ends of the connection allowing local and remote access to all of the machines
