I’m really excited to be a part of the infamous LRG Team. In life I have been given many great opportunities to learn and be a part of different jobs, but I have never come across anything more exciting and interesting than the field of technology. With that being said, there will always be something new to learn with this amazing company. I am a person who believes in family, helping others, and striving to be the best you can be in life. I want to be the best I can be not only for my team mates but also for our customers. It is my goal to ensure that our customers are provided a solution and an answer to any questions or needs they have.
After completing my bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Arizona State, my career has focused on customer and financial service for 7 years. I spend most of my time with my husband and 2 daughters and in my spare time I enjoy reading. My role with LRG will be to enhance our customer sales information so we can better expand their success with complimentary LRG vendor business partners. I’m very excited to be a part of the LRG team and can’t wait to contribute with the company growth!
Brian joined LRG with 21 years of experience in the communications voice, data and video industry. He has specified and designed voice and data networks for global and national account customers. For the last 10 years his focus centered on the IP surveillance and access control market where the primary customers were education, gaming and integrator partners. Brian’s background also includes sales positions with global distribution fortune 500 companies as well as regional sales roles with manufacturers of video management hardware and software companies. Based in Tulsa, he is responsible for sales development in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Southern Kansas regions for LRG.
Like some of us in the industry, I am a second generation security guy. My father Joe Lanier started an alarm installation company after a career as a policeman. This was a common practice back in the 60s and 70s for those looking for a better paying career. After responding to so many alarms and knowing those installing companies were getting revenue from them, he decided to jump in. His company, LaMarCo was started back in 1968. I remember running some service calls on the weekends and fetching tools for him, but as importantly wanting to better understand how the devices and systems worked because of that experience. Joe and others started Defensive Security in 1973 and my exposure to wholesale distribution began. From working the shipping department to taking orders over the phone, I was hooked with being involved in the supply chain of this industry.
Well the day finally came and I was getting out of college and I now needed to find a job. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University I was ready to take on the world. A good friend of mine and fraternity brother from college had just gotten a job in the security industry as a sales representative with a national alarm company. It just so happened that the company that he was working for was looking for a sales representative. I was able to get an interview and eventually got the job. That was 27 years ago and here I am today with LRG!
While still in high school, I was introduced to the alarm business. I started helping my brother-n-law with house installations. In 1994, he asked if I was interested in working in for an alarm company and I was hired as a helper. After about a year as a helper, I was promoted to an installer. For the next two years I was always trying to get more involved with new adventures such as Access, CCTV, and Fire. I always volunteered to be first at trying any new equipment. I thought everything was interesting and fun to figure out. Over time I became the only employee that could do all of the programming of these systems, so I traded my van for a truck and an office as a Special Systems Director. It opened the door for me to learn more about how the business operated from sales to installation. Before I knew it I had been there for 10 years and was able to do everything but sign my check.
Don joined LRG after many successful years in the federal security world, supporting high-value, high-consequence sites of the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security and other agencies. His career in security and access control began at college over 20 years ago in Lafayette, Indiana as a central station monitor for the leading local alarm dealer. Since then he has held lead sales and marketing positions in both small firms and multinational corporations. Don’s “customer first” approach serves the Iowa, Missouri and Nebraska territory, including the greater Kansas City area, from his base in suburban St. Louis.
As the veteran of the Support Center with 7+ years with LRG, I am grateful to be able to work with a wonderful team of LRG people. Relationship based business is of utmost importance in this industry. Everyone wants to feel that they are being heard and taken care of, basically that they are important. As Inside Sales Support for two Outside Regional Sales Managers, I am able to do what I am passionate about which is to take care of the customer! I have been married for 37 years and have 2 sons, 1 grandson and 1 granddaughter that I love spending time with.
A native of Nebraska, I have spent the majority of my career working in marketing and management in the Professional Beauty Industry. Marketing and customer service is my passion and I enjoy taking on new tasks and organizing information to make a team grow stronger. I'm happy to be part of the LRG family and look forward to many years for growth with the company
I married a Jasper, Texas native and moved here to raise our two sons. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering for my son's football and baseball teams and i also coach club volleyball.
I have always enjoyed a career in the ever-changing field of electronics. For the last 30+ years I have been a manufacturer’s representative and in this time I have seen my share of change. One thing that has not changed over time is the importance in being responsive, creative and to be authentic in what I do. I am glad to be a part of LRG, a company that shares and excels with those same values and is on the cutting-edge of the industry as manufacturers’ representatives. I am always enthusiastic about the products I represent and I look forward to providing my clients with the quality service they deserve. I have lived in Minnesota my entire life (snow only bothers me in April) and call this home. For LRG, I work the Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and western Wisconsin territories.
I am very excited to be a part of the LRG team. Representing many great solutions to serve dealers, integrators and our distribution partners is extremely motivating to me. I bring to LRG multiple facets of experience that include distribution as well as over 17 years in sales and management. My most recent position was as a Regional Sales Manager working in multiple states for a video surveillance manufacturer. I was able to work alongside LRG during my time as their vendor partner and admired their professionalism, their customer support and their dedication to customer service.
As a senior at Stephen F. Austin State University I was like everyone else trying to figure out what I was going to do after I graduated. Well that day finally came in 1988 and as I saw my friends go to work for Big 8 accounting firms, major retailers and financial powerhouses I decided I would go to work for my Dad. My father had started a security company (Hilton and Associates, Inc.) in 1982 and was looking for someone to step in and help him run the family business. I started out handling all the service requests and quickly learned how challenging customer service can be.
I've grown up the Jasper area and am currently residing here with my husband. I have a bachelors degree in Psychology that I earned from Northwestern State University in Louisiana. My working life has involved account development/customer service for the past 6 years. My hobbies involve anything creative and I can't wait to merge all my passions together as I dive into this marketing position. I'm dedicated to the success of our vendors, distributors, installers and the LRG team. I'm excited to be here and look forward our collective success!
I bring with me 12 years of customer service experience. I am excited about my partnership with LRG and our growing company. This opportunity has given my family and I the ability to share out small town upbringing with our children after 20 blessed years ans an Army family. We have started our year as empty nesters and look forward to traveling.
Security Industry a Family Tradition! Not only do I have 37 years in the Security Business, I am a 2nd Generation of a 3rd Generation family member also in the industry! I decided to follow in my Dad’s footsteps and learn this business from the ground up. I spent 15 years on the Manufacturing side with select top tier factories, 15 years as a Dealer and 4 years in Distribution.
After knowing and working with many different independent manufacturer representatives through the years, it looked like something I might want to try next. Finally, in 2010 I hired on with an established manufacturer’s rep firm to further my education and support for all of you in this channel.

Steve Reddington brings over 25 years of security, safety and automation experience to LRG. Steve provides a wealth of industry experience to LRG, since he has worked with manufacturers, distribution, consultants, and end users. Most recently Steve was a Regional Sales Manager for Leviton Manufacturing Co., Security & Automation, and before that worked with TKH Security, a manufacturer of security products. Steve has also previously been owner of his own security company, Advanced Security & Safety Products Co., located in the Chicago area. Steve lives in Des Plaines, IL and has a wife, Kristy and 4 boys.
My name is Willie. I work the second shift here at the LRG Support Center, basically doing shipping, warehousing and trying not to get in the way of the ladies that support our customers. They do an awesome job- Everything from tech support assistance, cross referencing specs, order entry/tracking and “tracking” down our outside sales support guys for you. Oh yeah, project registration is a big thing too. Getting LRG involved with your business will help your business for sure.
